Swire Shipping Fijian Drua fly-half Isikeli Rabitu gears up for the 2025 Super Rugby season with renewed determination to elevate his game.

Reflecting on his 2024 season, Rabitu acknowledged the valuable lessons he gained and emphasised the need for continuous improvement.

“I learnt a lot from last season and there’s more to improve. My next focus is to better my skills and overall game for this 2025 season,” he shared.

Rabitu has set clear goals for the new season.

“My aim is to have a lot of game time and make it into the starting lineup,” he stated.

Central to his plan is refining his skillset to solidify his place in the team.

Beyond his Drua commitments, Rabitu also made significant contributions to Lautoka Rugby Union in the 2024 Skipper Cup and Farebrother Challenge.

His instrumental performances showcased his versatility and dedication. With the Skipper Cup set to begin in August, Rabitu remains open to provincial duties.

“Yes, I will be prepared for any provincial duties,” he added.

A proud native of Ba, Rabitu’s journey is a testament to perseverance.

He progressed through the Drua Development Programme and earned his spot in the 2024 Shop n Save Super Rugby Pacific season.

Determined to build on this achievements, he remains committed to hard work.

“I will keep working hard,” Rabitu said confidently.

With his focus on improvement and a passion for the game, Rabitu aims to make a lasting impact on both the Super Rugby stage and Fiji’s provincial competition.
