Update: 4:36PM DEANS TROPHY defending champions, Ratu Kadavulevu School will proudly sport new branded jerseys this year thanks to a partnership with the latest sporting brand name, TAU Sports today.
In a media release, RKS media spokesman Nemani Tukania said the RKS community, i.e. existing and old boys with their families could now purchase school-branded merchandise.
“The PTA (RKS Parents and Teachers Association) believes that merchandising is part of creating a sense of belonging and it helps foster a sense of community long after students leave RKS.
“The RKS PTA is excited to be partnering with TAU Sports in supplying the merchandise now in the mid of the 2016 Secondary Schools rugby season and in particular, RKS being the defending champion of the prestigious Deans Trophy,” he said.
Mr Tukania said TAU Sports outlets would be selling sublimated RKS T-shirts, Bula shirts, sulus, baseball caps, scarfs and jerseys.
