THE two men accused of robbing a 50-year-old man of his watch and $9 at the Top Shop in Raiwai, Suva, appeared before the Suva Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
Lagani Rabukawaqa, 23, and Saimoni Macedru, 25, are each charged with a count of aggravated robbery. The court heard the men allegedly committed the offence on the morning of December 14.
They have waived their right to legal counsel and chose instead to represent themselves.
The court adjourned the matter to December 30 and remanded the duo into custody.
