RLWC 2021: Bati bows out in quarters

The Fiji Bati bowed out of the Rugby League World Cup after losing 18-24 to New Zealand in the quarter-finals at the MKM Stadium in Hull.

Bati captain Kevin Naiqama scored two tries and Maika Sivo crossing over.

Brandon Wakeham converted the three tries.

New Zealand’s tries were scored by Ronaldo Mulitalo, Briton Nikora, Joseph Manu and Jordan Rapana.

Rapana kicked over three conversions and penalty.
