SHERATON Resort and Spa, Tokoriki Island has welcomed its first guests after a comprehensive $25 million refurbishment.
The resort was closed since February, 2016, after Tropical Cyclone Winston.
During the closure, the luxury resort had renovated guest rooms, suites and public areas.
According to the resort, new guest facilities have also been added to further enhance guest experience including a Sunset Bistro, a café style dining venue, a Fijian cultural centre and a mini golf course.
The resort is situated on a 35-acre beachfront property in the south-western corner of Tokoriki Island.
Situated on the northernmost island within the Mamanuca group, Sheraton Fiji Resort and Spa, Tokoriki Island is the only five-star, internationally branded hotel in the group.
With a total of 101 guest rooms and suites, the resort also provides 30 adult only Tokoriki retreats for travelling couples designed to offer privacy with its own private deck, plunge pool and uninterrupted ocean views.
