Policy holders with LICI Fiji will now be able to access their information online via their new customer portal.
The customer portal, launched yesterday, is available both as a website and as an app allowing remote customers to have up to date information at their fingertips.
Chief guest, Reserve Bank of Fiji governor Ariff Ali launched the app prior to saying, “I congratulate LICI Fiji on this timely initiative that will enhance accessibility of insurance services in Fiji. The launch of this new LICI Portal and App augurs well with the RBF’s phased approach for the national payment system which will also enable customers to utilise a more secure and faster digital platform”.
LICI manager of IT K B Sarath said: “This is our attempt to make our services more accessible to promote customer satisfaction. We hope there will be a good response from this, and based on the response we will develop the service further.”
The customer portal and app, fully developed in Fiji by Oceanic Communications Ltd, will provide access to information such as policy terms, dates, sums, premiums, among other services.
Policyholders can register for the portal online by entering their policy number and uploading a valid ID.
