Selestino Ravutaumada will carry more than just the No. 15 jersey when he runs out tonight, he’ll carry memories, emotions, and the weight of farewell.

As he prepares to play his final match for the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua against the Queensland Reds, the departing fullback admits it’s the unique Drua environment he’ll miss the most.

The electrifying backline star will don the No. 15 jersey one final time before heading to France, where he is set to join Top 14 powerhouse Racing 92.

Ravutaumada, who has been a standout figure for the Drua over the past few seasons, says it’s a heartfelt goodbye.

“I have a lot of memories created from Drua.

“But I will never forget the environment of playing in front of our home fans, playing in front of families and friends. Playing with my brothers , I will miss them.”

As the team prepares to face a strong Reds side at Suncorp Stadium, Drua head coach Glen Jackson acknowledged the significance of the match for the team.

“We know the Reds are a quality side. They’ve got some strong players returning and they’ll be fighting hard because they need to win.

“But our boys are excited, and we want to finish the season strong not just for ourselves, but for players who have given so much to this club.”

Jackson noted the team is focused and eager to deliver a solid performance.

“It’s going to be a fast-paced game. The Reds like to keep the ball alive, and we enjoy that style of rugby too. The key for us is to front up in the middle that’s where these games are won or lost,” he added.

The 9:35pm kickoff at Suncorp Stadium promises to be an emotional one, especially for Ravutaumada, Iosefo Masi and Caleb Muntz who will carry the pride of their teammates, their family and the Drua fanbase into his next professional chapter.
