Opposition G9 member Penioni Ravunawa is the Assistant Minister for Health and Medical Services.
He was officially sworn in this morning by the President Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu at the State House, where he took the Oath of Allegiance and the Oath of Due Execution of Office.
Those present included the Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka, Deputy Prime Minister Manoa Kamikamica, Minister for Health & Medical Services Dr. Atonio Lalabalavu, Minister for Policing Iowane Naivalurua, Minister for Immigration Viliame Naupoto, Minister for Environment and Climate Change Mosese Bulitavu, Assistant Minister for Justice Ratu Josaia Niudamu and Assistant Minister for Information Aliki Bia and the Permanent Secretary for Health and Medical Services Dr Jemesa Tudravu.
