Fiji Television Limited board chairman Deepak Rathod has resigned.
His resignation came into effect on July 14, 2023.
Mr Rathod has attributed his resignation to personal reasons but will continue to serve as an independent director on the Fiji TV board.
Denarau Corporation Pte Limited general manager Nesbitt Hazelman will succeed Mr Rathod as the chairman of the FTV board of directors.
Mr Hazelman holds more than 20 years of experience in senior executive management roles and more than 15 years of experience in human resource and industrial relations.
