A man, charged with indecent assault and a count of rape of a 13-year-old in 2013, has pleaded not guilty to all counts.
High Court judge Justice Siainiu Fa’alogo Bull was told at the time of the alleged incident the girl, who is now 18, was a minor.
The victim moved overseas and filed a complaint upon returning to the country.
The case is adjourned to February 5, 2024 for a pre-trial conference.
