Out-going President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere attended his final public engagement last night in Nadi as chief guest at the Fiji Business Excellence Awards.
“I am confident that my successor will build on this legacy ensuring that excellence will remain a core of the nation’s progress,” he said in his speech.
Four companies were recognised last night in the President’s Business Excellence Award at the Sheraton Resort. They were Future Farms Limited t/a Rooster Poultry, iTaukei Land Trust Board, Mark One Apparel Pte Ltd and Datec (Fiji) Pte Ltd. The award recognises highest level of achievement and leadership in Fiji’s business community. Mark One Apparel won the Green Sustainability Award.
