The President Ratu Williame Katonivere and First Lady Filomena Katonivere visited our heroic sevens players following the final match against France.
Social media page, ‘Fiji Democratic Forum’, stated that Ratu Wiliame thanked the boys for their great effort and he was proud of their achievement.
He also encouraged them to be proud of their achievement.
Minister for Youth and Sports Jese Saukuru, Fiji’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations Luke Daunivalu also accompanied Ratu Wiliame.
