Customer calls and queries to Post Fiji PTE Ltd will now be directed to its new call centre as of today.
The company opened its own call centre to better its service delivery to the customers, according to the chief executive officer Dr Anirudha Bansod.
“This is another milestone achievement for Post Fiji in terms of creating more convenience for its customers as one can now simply call 132123 to inquire about any Post Fiji or service or to request for an update on their incoming or outgoing mails,” he said.
“One of the objectives of this call centre is to give extraordinary support and service to our customers domestically and internationally.
“Currently, Post Fiji has a number of products ranging from postal services, post box, bill pay, EMS, household removals, philatelic, registered parcel post and e-commerce under brand E-Shop.
“All these products need a dedicated customer service.”
The call centre is located within the GPO building in Suva.
