Out of the 35 restaurant’s in Denarau Island, Radisson Blu Resort Fiji’s Blu Bar & Grill has been ranked second by TripAdvisor.
The restaurant which is located by the resort’s main family lagoon pool is open daily where guests can enjoy super breakfast buffet.
Guest can also dig in for buffet lunch featuring a range of salads, grilled meats and delicious sides.
For dinner, guests can choose from a variety of international buffet meal themes including South American, Fijian, Indian and Asian cuisines.
“I think we have a very good vibe all over the resort where you can choose from a variety of live dishes,” said the resort’s Food & Beverages director Marie Elizabeth Chassagnon.
She said the team of 25 people working at the Blu Bar & Grill restaurant makes sure that the guests are well looked after at all times.
“We are training our team members to connect with the guests as opposed to only delivering technical service and to treat them as if they are past of the family.
“We want to emphasize on the human factor plus we make sure little details of the guests needs are looked into such as having small table for couples, large table of families or long benches for groups.”
Ms Chassagnon said the entire team was very happy and proud of the rating given by TripAdvisor.
“We are very happy and lucky to have such a friendly and caring team.”
