THE Police White rugby 7s team continues to be a threat in local rugby 7s tournaments as the team two for the local champions, Police Blue, builds on perfection and consistency in local competitions.

The Police Blue has taken over the local 7s scene by winning two major tournaments – the Coral Coast 7s and the Marist 7s tournament.

However, the Police White has also been dominating in minor 7s meets and has reached the top four stages in big tournaments.

Police White captain and former Fiji 7s rep Simeli Koniferedi said participation in various tournaments around the country had helped them improve.

“We don’t have known players but we have the bond and the love for rugby week in and week out training as a team,” Koniferedi said.
