Police Commissioner Rusiate Tudravu has ordered an investigation into an alleged police brutality video circulating on social media.
Mr Tudravu said that what the officer did was not right.
“We admit that what the policeman did was not supposed to be done. I have directed Internal Affairs to investigate the issue. They have visited the scene and recorded the necessary statements,” Mr Tudravu said.
He said he would wait for the findings of the investigations before making a decision on the matter.
