The Fiji Police Force has offered its service to business operators in major divisions around the country to escort bank runs during this festive season.
Police urged business operators to call their respective Command Centres if they needed assistance and escorts for bank runs.
“We are a few days away from Christmas and as usual, we anticipate the usual shopping rush and we advise business operators not to keep large sums of money on their premises,” police said.
