THE Fiji Police Force has launched its annual Corporate Plan 2025 to 2026 along with its Strategic Plan for 2025 to 2029.

During the launch on Friday, Police Commissioner Rusiate Tudravu highlighted the launch of the roadmap plan for the organisation was possible with the assistance of its regional and international partners.

“Achieving this stability requires a collaborative and inclusive approach characterised by strong leadership, steadfast accountability, robust policies and legislation and the broad uplift of the organisation to meet the complex policing environment,” Mr Tudravu said.

He acknowledged the Government for the budget allocation saying it will empower and equip the organisation in navigating through a rapidly changing social and operational policing environment. “We will remain committed to the fight against drugs, the strengthening of our borders at domestic and international entry points, and addressing issues such as the restructure and reform, capacity building, promotions and job retention and a modernised approach to employee’s welfares.”

Mr Tudravu urged all members of the force to embrace the two documents launched and engage with their stakeholders and partners in working together to achieve its goals.
