Police have launched an investigation into the theft of Year 12 examination papers from a secondary school in Sigatoka.
According to police, the incident was reported by the school principal yesterday after he discovered that sealed bags containing the papers had been opened, with some papers scattered.
A subsequent verification confirmed that several examination papers were missing.
Police say investigations are continuing to determine how the theft occurred and to identify those responsible.
