The Southern Division Taskforce is actively pursuing suspects involved in a recent incident in Wailoku, assisting Samabula Police to identify and arrest three individuals linked to the case.
Police said as part of the ongoing festive season operation, officers have been directed to respond swiftly to such incidents and ensure all those involved are apprehended.
“In line with this effort, a no-drop policing policy is being strictly enforced for all minor offences, with particular focus on liquor-related incidents,” said Fiji Police.
“This is to maintain public safety during the holiday period.”
