THE Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is still holding on to the investigation file into the alleged sexual harassment case against former Fijian Holdings Ltd Group CEO Nouzab Fareed.
Police spokeswoman Savaira Gonedua said the investigation file, which included the statements of the two complainants, was still with the ODPP.
A police statement earlier stated that the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) was in the process of finalising the two investigations against the former FHL executive.
Police said after an initial complaint by Judy Wise, 22, another complainant had come forward with similar allegations.
Ms Wise claimed Mr Fareed had sexually harassed her on a number of occasions while she was an employee of an FHL subsidiary.
Mr Fareed resigned on December 20 last year after the sexual harassment claims by Ms Wise.
Mr Fareed said he resigned to protect the image of FHL and tell his story to the world.
