Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka has reminded all Fijians to store food safely during this prolonged wet weather condition.
This morning, Mr Rabuka also called on non-essential civil servants across the country to assess their situation and decide accordingly whether to report to work or work from home.
“I am reminding Fiji of flood threats and the need to store food safely and reheat properly before feeding the children,” he said.
Mr Rabuka is updated every hour by the National Disaster Management team and the Minister responsible Sakiasi Ditoka.
