One player tested positive for the use of illegal substance (drugs) on the first day of the Extra Battle of the Giants football tournament underway at Subrail Park in Labasa.
Fiji Football Association CEO Mohammed Yusuf confirmed this.
Yusuf says a total of 24 players were tested on day one.
Another set of 24 players will be tested on the second day today.
