ASCO Motors this week announced its strategic partnership with the Insurance Association of Fiji (IAF) as the major sponsor of the upcoming IAF Gala Event, scheduled for August 16, 2025.
The sponsorship agreement was formalised at a signing ceremony held at ASCO’s Suva dealership, attended by senior executives and board members from both organisations.
“We are proud to support the IAF Gala Event and to stand alongside the Insurance Association of Fiji in advancing the industry. This partnership reflects our dedication to fostering innovation, resilience, and excellence within the insurance ecosystem, which plays a vital role in Fiji’s economic development,” Asco Motors chief executive officer Ronald Kumar said.
“This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Asco’s commitment to supporting the development and professionalism of Fiji’s insurance sector.”
IAF chairman Avi Raju welcomed Asco’s support, noting: “Asco’s sponsorship elevates the profile and impact of the gala. Their commitment to industry growth and collaboration will help drive meaningful dialogue and strengthen the insurance landscape in Fiji.”
As the major sponsor, Asco Motors will have a prominent presence at the event and will continue to work with IAF on future initiatives, including capacity building, industry advocacy and innovation-driven programs.
The IAF Gala Event is one of the most anticipated gatherings in the insurance calendar, bringing together industry professionals, regulators, policymakers and stakeholders to celebrate achievements, share insights and shape the future of insurance in Fiji.
