OUTSOURCE Fiji will participate in the upcoming Customer Contact Week (CCW) Australia and New Zealand Winter 2025 which takes place this week at the Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, Australia.

A premier event for customer experience and contact centre professionals in the region, CCW is an annual gathering of industry leaders, disruptors, and decision-makers where they explore the latest in digital transformation, AI in customer experience, talent retention strategies and customer-centric innovations.

“Outsource Fiji’s presence at this event marks another major step in positioning Fiji as a leading, reliable and culturally aligned outsourcing destination for global clients, particularly in the Australian and New Zealand markets,” Outsource Fiji, the Government-funded promotion agency for the industry stated this week.

“We are proud of the delegation representing Fiji at this prestigious event,” executive director of Outsource Fiji Josefa Wivou said.

“Our participation at CCW Australia and New Zealand Winter 2025 is not just a branding opportunity but a strategic move to align Fiji with global outsourcing trends and to connect with partners looking for agility, cost-effectiveness and service excellence.

“Fiji is not just an alternative destination, but we are a premium partner for organisations that value people-first service delivery, multilingual capability and regional proximity to Australia and New Zealand,” Mr Wivou said.

Outsource Fiji manager Corporate Affairs Shivika Patel expressed her excitement ahead of the event highlighting the importance of strengthen regional ties and show casing Fiji’s talent.

“This is a timely opportunity for Fiji to reinforce our place on the regional map as a competitive and resilient outsourcing destination,” Ms Patel said.

“We’re proud to showcase not only the technical capability of our workforce but also our natural strength in empathy and customer service.

“At CCW, we aim to engage with key industry players and decision-makers to explore mutually beneficial partnerships that support both our economic aspirations and their service goals.”

Outsource Fiji’s participation in CCW comes at a time when the sector is experiencing significant momentum.

With strong support from the Fijian Government and a growing talent pipeline nurtured by tertiary institutions, the country is poised to scale its service offerings beyond traditional contact centres to include Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), finance and accounting services, digital content and Information Technology Outsourcing.

Representing Fiji at the event will be Ms Patel, Outsource Fiji’s manager Corporate Affairs Pravin Narain and Grey Mouse Fiji and Australia chief executive officer Faiyaz Khan.
