SOLDIER Paula Dranisinukula is a trained professional because of his work at the Queen Elizabeth Barracks in Nabua, Suva.
Soldiers have missions and this weekend, this 28-year-old Navuniivi villager, from Ra will be in destructive form.
His mission is to help Fiji win the inaugural Hamilton 7s in New Zealand.
“This is my first tournament in New Zealand and I will make it a memorable one,” he said.
“My mission is to stop the oppositions from scoring and I will make sure that I carry out that order,” Dranisinukula said.
The Fiji Airways Fiji 7s team, meanwhile, continued training at Hamilton in preparation for the New Zealand leg of the ongoing HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series.
Dranisinukula is among players who can break defence and help Fiji make an impact in the first Hamilton 7s.
“I learned a lot from the Sydney 7s. I knew we did not do well, but I have a mission and I will carry that out,” he said.
