Oceania rugby: Tonga experiences Fijian demolition

THE Fiji Under-20 team demolished Tonga 54-0 in the 2018 Oceania Rugby U20 Championship at the Bond University, Gold Coast, in Australia last night.
Fiji’s Nabetelevu Turaganivalu scored three tries while Tira Patterson scored twice, while Apisalome Bogidrau, Lekima Nasamila, Ilikena Vudogo scored a try each in the win.
Fiji captain Raikabula Momoedonu said he was happy with the win.
“It was an amazing feeling to beat Tonga,” Momoedonu said.
The team returns to Fiji this afternoon.
