AS Nadi continues to expand, so does the demand for enhanced and more accessible transport services, says Land Transport Authority board chairman Inosi Kuridrani.

Despite the challenges surrounding the relocation of the LTA Nadi branch office to Waimalika, Mr Kuridrani said the LTA remained steadfast in its commitment to prioritise service delivery.

“We have been strategically established to meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders and ensure that LTA services are delivered in a more efficient, convenient and customer-friendly manner,” he said.

“Providing accessible service to the public is the core of LTA’s mandate.”

Mr Kuridrani said the commissioning of the new office was a significant step towards fulfilling its commitments.

“These facilities are designed to bring essential services closer to the people, reducing travel time, streamlining process and enhancing customer experience from vehicle registration licensing to road safety compliance and other critical transport services.

“This office will serve as a hub of excellence for the Western Division.

“We recognise the value of time and our goal is to ensure a seamless experience for all LTA customers by investing in infrastructure such as this.”

Mr Kuridrani said they were strengthening services efficiencies, reducing processing times and fostering a more accessible and responsive transport regulation system.
