Former Acting Fiji Corrections Service Commissioner Sevuloni Naucukidi remains on bail after his lawyer, Tanya Waqanika, requested a one-month adjournment for the prosecutions to determine counsel representation.
The case has been adjourned to February 23.
Mr Naucukidi appeared before Magistrate Hettiwattage Somaratne at the Suva Magistrates Court yesterday, charged with one count of criminal intimidation.
A staff member had filed a police complaint against him, alleging threats and intimidation inside his office in July 2025.
