Police in Kinoya last night arrested an individual who was seen running naked on the streets.
A video of the incident has gone viral on social media this morning.
The individual also climbed onto the tray of a moving vehicle while being pursued by an officer.
The individial can be seen surrending to the Police by lying down in the middle of the road.
