SWIRE Shipping Fijian Drua Development coach Nemani Nadolo says his side is looking forward to performing in front of the Ba crowd when they face Ba Rugby Development in a curtain raiser match tomorrow.
The match will be played ahead of the Super Rugby Pacific clash between the Fijian Drua and the ACT Brumbies at 4R Stadium, Govind Park.
Nadolo said the team has prepared well and is excited to play in front of Ba rugby fans.
“We are looking forward to the game this Saturday. We have prepared well to perform in front of the Ba locals in a world-class stadium. It’s one of the best stadiums I’ve been to here in Fiji.
“We look forward to playing there first before the main game at 3:30pm and we are really excited about it,” Nadolo said.
The Drua Development side will take on Ba Rugby Development at 12:30pm, giving local supporters an early taste of rugby action before the main match.
Nadolo also acknowledged the Ba side, saying the local team has been preparing well for the encounter.
“Ba Rugby are the locals and from what I’ve heard they have been training well. We look forward to playing them in front of their supporters.”
Meanwhile, the Ba Rugby side has been training every afternoon at Vinod Patel Park as they prepare for the historic match against the Drua Development team.
