The under 20 side from Nadi took down the Macuata side 18-15 in the second round of the Skipper Competition at Subrail Park in Labasa.
The game started off with both sides displaying their determination resulting in a tied score of 10-all at halftime.
However, in the second half, Nadi managed to captalise the game, scoring opportunities and tightening their defense to break through Macuata’s attacks.
Despite a valiant effort from Macuata to stage a comeback, Nadi held firm to their lead until the final whistle, securing a hard-fought victory.
