HE Nadi squash team is ready to make the country proud as they embark on a journey to Samoa.

The team left the country on Tuesday to play in the Samoa Open Squash tournament in Apia.

Tahiti and New Caledonia will also be participating at the tournament.

Fiji team spokesperson Ana Bovoro said the team’s aim was to get exposure.

“We aim for exposure and after this tournament we aim to travel to Singapore and Vanuatu next year to take part in squash competitions in those countries,” Bovoro said.

The three-day tournament started yesterday and will end tomorrow.
