Nabalarua replaces Raivoce as company chair

Rokoseru Nabalarua is the new chairman of Fijian Holdings Ltd (FHL), replacing Colonel (ret’d) Viliame Raivoce.

In a statement filed at the South Pacific Stock Exchange yesterday, FHL said the appointment was made by its major shareholders and Mr Nabalarua would begin his term on Monday, April 1, 2024.

“Mr Nabalarua brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise, to steer FHL towards new and greater heights of success,” FHL stated.

“With a profound understanding of the company’s core purpose, Mr Nabalarua is well positioned to build upon the foundation laid by his predecessor and lead FHL into a prosperous future.”

A former chief executive officer of Fiji Water, Mr Nabalarua is also chair of Energy Fiji Ltd chair and is currently chief executive officer of Valelevu-based TCF exporter and owner of the KOOKAI clothing brand Lyndhurst Group.

Mr Raivoce, who has been with FHL since 2013, will remain on the FHL board as independent director and deputy chairman and will assume the chairmanship of FHL Properties Ltd.
