LOCAL artist Knox is looking forward to what other musicians and artists will bring to the stage next month at the International Jazz and Bluez Festival in Suva.
The Fijian-Rotuman singer and song writer said after a two-year lapse of the event, the performances of artists should be mind-blowing.
“Everyone is learning every day. When I first performed at this event in 2012 I was younger, less experienced but now I’ve gained more of that and so have all the other artists,” Knox said.
“It will be an interesting list of performances during the event and I am looking forward to what people will bring with them after two years.”
He said although the Suva crowd was more familiar with reggae music, they should come with an open mind to experience the new genre of music of blues and jazz.
