MOU to support leadership development

Leadership Fiji has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Genera Pacific Pte Ltd for the provision of quarterly pest control treatments, monthly sanitary bin services and monthly air freshener dispenser maintenance.

In a statement, Leadership Fiji chief executive officer Sharyne Fong said the partnership underscored Genera Pacific’s commitment to supporting leadership development in Fiji.

“We are delighted to welcome Genera Pacific as a valued partner, especially with their general manager Mohammed Aiyaz being an Alumni of our 2022 Leadership Fiji program.

“Their support reaffirms the effect our Leadership Fiji programs have had on our people and further strengthens our ability to deliver impactful leadership programs and create environments that reflect the professionalism and excellence we strive for.”

Genera Pacific general manager Mohammed Aiyaz said the company was proud to partner with Leadership Fiji in nurturing the next generation of leaders.

“Having being a participant in the 2022 Leadership Fiji Program, I witnessed first-hand the impact that Leadership Fiji has made within our communities, and this partnership reflects our commitment to contributing positively to the communities in which we operate in as well,” he said.

The two parties said their collaboration represented a shared vision to advance leadership capacity in Fiji, ensuring that future leaders are equipped to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

The partnership is for a three-year period, from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028.
