AFTER wrapping up their research topic presentations at the Suva Civic Centre earlier this week, the Miss Fiji contestants were set to shift into the performance phase of the pageant, which began yesterday evening.

The Talent, Sarong Wear and first round of public judging were scheduled to take place last night at the Suva Civic Centre, marking the contestants’ first major appearance before a live audience.

Tonight, the momentum is expected to continue at the same venue with the Traditionally Inspired Costume showcase and the second public judging.

The week will conclude on Saturday with the crowning of Miss Fiji 2025, bringing together contestants, families, and supporters to witness the outcome of a program that blends advocacy, culture, and stage performance.

Organisers said the shift from research-based presentations to live judging would give the public a more comprehensive picture of each contestant’s confidence, creativity, and commitment to their chosen causes.
