Home Affairs Minister Pio Tikoduadua has confirmed receiving a letter from Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) Commander Major General Ro Jone Kalouniwai.
However, he could not comment further on this issue as he would need to consult the Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka first.
Mr Tikoduadua did not divulge details of the letter.
He is currently in Korea while Mr Rabuka is in Australia.
They both return this weekend.
