ASCO Motors has opened its new Yamaha outlet at Port Denarau in Nadi to provide a more accessible and efficient service for its customers.
Acting sales and marketing manager Seiji Tokito said most of their customers are based at Port Denarau.
“We wanted to get closer to where our customers are so that we can provide that support for their business, for their outboards and servicing needs,” Mr Tokito said.
“We wanted to make sure that whenever we’re needed, we are right there at their doorstep.”
According to the company, Denarau was selected for its significance as a key gateway to Fiji’s tourism industry and home to one of the South Pacific’s busiest marinas.
Its central location offers Yamaha the opportunity to work more closely with customers and partners operating within the marine and tourism sectors.
The facility will serve as a hub for customer support, technical assistance, business development and stakeholder collaboration, allowing Yamaha to better support commercial operators, tourism businesses, marine transport providers, fishing enterprises, government agencies, and recreational users.
Speaking at the opening this week, Mr Tokito described the new addition as an important milestone for the growth of the Yamaha brand in Fiji.
“Our focus is not only on delivering world-class products but also on building long-term relationships based on trust, service, and shared success.
“The new office reflects our commitment to supporting our customers and contributing to the future growth of Fiji’s marine industry.”
