A man died last night in a fatal riad accident at Wairuku, Rakiraki.
He was a passenger in the car that went off road at Wairuku, Rakiraki and slammed into a drain culvert.
The accident took place around 7:30pm last night.
There were five occupants of the vehicle – four others are admitted in hospital.
The car was travelling from Lautoka to a village in Ra.
National Fire Authority and Police attended to the accident.
The national road death toll now stands at 19.
