A man has been charged with one count of rape and one count of sexual assault on a Virgin Australia crew member.
The incident took place on New Years eve in Nadi.
Acting Commissioner of Police Juki Fong Chew confirmed the laying of charges on the man.
He will be produced in the Nadi Magistrates Court on Monday.
Police are still investigating the allegation of theft related to this case that involves a second crew member.
Both the crew members have returned to Australia.
