A 32 year old man has been formally charged for the murder of doctor Isireli Biumaitotoya.
The accused has been charged by the Criminal Investigations Department with one (1) count of murder.
Fiji Police confirmed this in a statement.
The charge was sanctioned by the Office of the Director Public Prosecutions.
The accused will be appearing at the Nadi Magistrates Court tomorrow.
The second person arrested was questioned and released.
