Murder accused Apisai Madigibuli will inform the High Court in Suva today of his decision on the three options outlined by Justice Dane Tuiqereqere.
The options are whether he will give evidence, exercise his right to remain silent, or call witnesses.
Justice Tuiqereqere reminded Mr Madigibuli to use the time before the trial resumes at 10 am to decide which option he will take.
The prosecution closed its case yesterday after calling its final witness, Dr Sainiana Ratuki, who conducted the post-mortem of the deceased, Kitiana Baravilala.
Mr Madigibuli is representing himself.
