FORMER Tonga 7s rep and Fiji fifteens international Tomasi Lovo is happy to be back and be part of this year’s Hong Kong 7s.
Lovo who arrived in Hong Kong this week said he is looking forward to the tournament especially after he missed out in past two years.
“Yes I watched the Hong Kong 7s two years ago and Iam happy to be here again,” Lovo said.
“A lot of things have changed since I was last here.
“I will also be in Singapore next week to support the boys,” he said.
A los of Fijian fans have started arriving in Hong Konh as we countdown the days to the start of the event on Friday.
The Gordon Tietjens Samoa side will face Australia in the opening game of the tournament on Friday.
The Osea Kolinisau-captained Fiji team will play its first game against Japan.
South Africa leads the HSBC points standing going into the Hong Kong tournament with 126 points.
They are followed by England on 105, Fiji in third spot with 100 points, New Zealand fourth with 84 points, USA fifth on 67 and Australia sixth with 62.
