Suva lawyer Abdul Sharzan Lateef has been given back his legal practicing certificate.
Mr Lateef was allowed to sit at the bar table after nearly three years when his appeal against the decision of the Chief Registrar to cancel his practicing certificate was called in the High Court in Suva before Chief Justice Kamal Kumar.
He was given until November 8 to consider whether to withdraw his appeal.
