The Labasa mill will end crushing on November 28, 2022.
The date was confirmed following a consultation between the Sugar Industry Tribunal, the Fiji Sugar Corporation and the Sugar Cane Growers Council.
The Registrar of the Sugar Tribunal Timothy Brown has requested all farmers and gangs to make every effort to harvest all cane which are to be delivered at the mill by November 28, 2022.
