The Fiji Airways men’s 7s Fiji will take on Argentina in the first cup semi-final of the HSBC Los Angeles 7s after beating South Africa 28-7 early this morning (Fiji Time).
Iowane Teba touched down for Fiji’s first try in the corner which was successfully converted by Waisea Nacuqu, 7-0.
Teba scored again under the uprights which was converted to extend Fiji’s lead to 14-0 at the breather.
Jerry Tuwai scored to extend the lead to 21-0 in the second spell while Josua Vakurinabili also scored a try to take it up to 28-0.
South Africa finally got a try through Ricardo Duarttee but it was a little too late.
Fiji takes on Argentina at 10.14am today.
