SUSPENDED schoolteacher Kishore Kumar has been directed to write an apology letter towards the Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs Lenora Qereqeretabua to be read in the Suva Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.

Mr Kumar is charged with one count of indecently annoying a person and a count of criminal intimidation.

The 57-year-old is alleged to have made false claims on the existence of porn videos involving Ms Qereqeretabua- on his Facebook page, Kishore Kumar Publications.

Trial Magistrate Seini Puamau informed prosecutor Moira Konrote today that Kumar intents to “plead out” in his cases but Ms Puamau said it was important for the matter to go through case-by-case basis.

Further, Mr Kumar agreed to Ms Puamau directive in writing a letter aimed towards Ms Qereqeretabua.

“Words hurt and words can also heal,” stated Ms Puamau this morning.

Till then, Mr Kumar is further remanded in custody.
