The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions has made an application for the consolidation of charges involving a 25-year-old teacher facing sexual assault charges.
The teacher appeared before Justice Usaia Ratuvili yesterday facing five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault.
He is alleged to have sexually assaulted two boys, aged 15 and 17, earlier this month.
State laywer Luisa Latu informed the Court an application to consolidate the six charges had been made.
The case has been adjourned to June 19 for a pre-trial conference.
