TISA Insurance (Fiji) Ltd, formerly Capital Insurance Ltd, has joined forces with Leadership Fiji to help support the development of leaders in Fiji. “We are delighted to welcome TISA Insurance (Fiji) Limited as a partner during this milestone year,” Leadership Fiji chief executive officer Sharyne Fong said at the official announcement of the partnership last week.
Leadership Fiji is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year with a “Leaders Lounge series” at the heart of its celebrations and TISA Insurance is among companies that have come on board to support the initiative.
“Their support of our 25th anniversary celebrations and the Leaders Lounge series demonstrate their belief in the importance of leadership development and strong institutions in Fiji.
“Partnerships like this enable us to continue creating spaces where leaders can connect, reflect and grow.”
TISA Insurance chief executive officer David Ariff Chan said Leadership Fiji has played a vital role over the past 25 years in shaping principled, values-driven leaders who strengthen Fijian communities, institutions and businesses.
“At TISA Insurance, we believe that strong leadership is fundamental to building a more resilient, inclusive and future-ready Fiji,” he said.
“As we transition from Capital Insurance to TISA Insurance, we are deeply conscious that real progress is driven by people, values and courageous leadership.

Ms Fong has called on the Leadership Fiji alumni, partners and networks “to join us throughout the year as we celebrate 25 years of impact and continue building a strong foundation for our next generation of leaders.”
The 25th Anniversary Leaders Lounge series will be held every second Tuesday of the month from February through October at The Greenhouse Co–Working space which will bring together alumni, partners and networks to celebrate leadership, connection and community.
